Our Story
TheForja was born in the chaos of Pune's industrial belt.
We saw brilliant business owners struggling not with their products, but with their software. We saw manufacturers buying expensive ERPs like SAP or Tally, only to see their staff go back to writing in notebooks because the software was "too hard."
We realized that the problem wasn't the features—it was the Interface. Why should a factory worker need a laptop and a mouse to say "Machine Broken"?
The Pivot: We decided to scrap the dashboard. We moved the ERP inside WhatsApp. Suddenly, staff adoption went from 10% to 100%. If they could talk, they could work.
